Ingredients
For Oatmeal
- ⅓ cup Rolled Oats or oats of choice
- ⅔ cup Water
- 2 tbsp 2% Milk
- 1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
- Salt to taste
Toppings
- 1 medium Banana sliced
- ½ cup 75g Frozen Mixed Berries
- ¼ cup 25g Mixed Nuts
- 1 tbsp 17g Raisins
- 1 tbsp 20g Peanut Butter
- 1 tsp 7g Honey
- ½ tsp cinnamon
Instructions
- To a small pot add the oats, ½ of the sliced banana, water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a simmer on medium-high heat, and gently stir with a rubber spatula until all water is absorbed. Remove the oats from the heat and stir in protein powder. Adjust to your desired consistency with milk of choice.
- Transfer oats to a bowl, add on all of the topping ingredients and serve warm.
