Ingredients
  

For Oatmeal

  • cup Rolled Oats or oats of choice
  • cup Water
  • 2 tbsp 2% Milk
  • 1 scoop Chocolate Whey Protein Powder
  • Salt to taste

Toppings

  • 1 medium Banana sliced
  • ½ cup 75g Frozen Mixed Berries
  • ¼ cup 25g Mixed Nuts
  • 1 tbsp 17g Raisins
  • 1 tbsp 20g Peanut Butter
  • 1 tsp 7g Honey
  • ½ tsp cinnamon

Instructions
 

  • To a small pot add the oats, ½ of the sliced banana, water and a pinch of salt. Bring to a simmer on medium-high heat, and gently stir with a rubber spatula until all water is absorbed. Remove the oats from the heat and stir in protein powder. Adjust to your desired consistency with milk of choice.
  • Transfer oats to a bowl, add on all of the topping ingredients and serve warm.
